Has anyone found an inventory control training that provided value to your team? Looked at APWA & NAFA & don't see anything aimed at parts inventory technicians. NADA has something, but it's more than I'm looking to spend at $2,195 per person.

We don't have any official training. Everything has been hands on shadowing/learning and then becoming independent as the individual gains more experience. I was alerted that ASE has a test for Parts Specialists (https://www.ase.com/uploads/PrtsSpclstStudyguide2021_210112_141632.pdf), but at this time I am not exploring this at all.
